Float effortlessly in one of our three spacious float cabins, each filled with over 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. Our float cabins are soundproof with the option to have lights on or off, creating an environment free of distractions, and allowing your mind and body to relax deeply. Both the water and air are at 94 degrees, which is the same temperature as your skin. Sessions are up to 75 minutes, with the option to float up to 90 minutes as well. Listen to relaxing music, a guided meditation, or just silence. Rest, meditate, sleep -- it's up to you.

Float therapy offers a range of benefits that promote both physical and mental well-being. As you float, your body is fully supported, relieving pressure points and alleviating chronic pain, which can be a game-changer for many. The sensory environment also provides a much needed break for your busy mind, allowing you to enter a state of calm and focus that facilitates meditation and relaxation. Floating is known to reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels, improving blood circulation, and increasing the release of endorphins and dopamine, leaving you with a greater sense of relaxation and well-being.

If you are someone who experiences anxiety, depression, or brain fog, then you know how hard that can be. Float therapy has been shown to help with these conditions and improving your overall mental health. By calming the amygdala, it helps to reduce the "fight or flight" response, fostering a true sense of serenity. It’s also beneficial for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, joint pain, and muscle recovery, thanks to the magnesium-rich Epsom salt, which aids in inflammation reduction and muscle relaxation.

For those struggling with sleep issues, insomnia, or jet lag, floating can promote deeper, more restful sleep by de-stressing the body and mind. Additionally, it’s great for boosting creativity and overcoming mental blocks like writer’s block, as it encourages mental clarity and enhances learning.

Whether you're looking to relax, recover from physical stress, or clear mental clutter, floating offers a peaceful escape that can target various health issues. From reducing the effects of PTSD and burnout to providing relief from headaches, migraines, and even sensory overload, float therapy is a versatile tool for enhancing overall health and well-being. With the growing body of research supporting its benefits, it's clear that floating is more than just a relaxing experience. It’s a powerful way to reset both body and mind.
