NOTE: We have 3 float suites, and we allow up to 2 people at a time in our salt cave (more if you are part of the same party), and 1 person to scheduled our infrared stone therapy.
Booking Tips
Payment
Prepayment is required for all appointments. If you're using a gift certificate, you will be asked for a credit card to hold the appointment, but won't be charged if you bring the gift certificate with you.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to show up will result in a full session fee.
Booking Friends
If you'd like to schedule an appointment for a friend, you'll complete the booking process for yourself first, and then log out and repeat it for your friend. (Each guest must have their own account.) All appointments must be booked under the name of the person who is attending the session, and each person must answer a few questions, sign the service waiver, and submit payment.
If you'd like to link accounts or share passes, please contact us with your friend's name, email address, and phone number so we can assist.

Surprise Visits
It might not be a good idea to surprise a friend without telling them what they're going to be doing at Sukhino. Our services do require some initial screening questions. For floating, we need to know answers to a few personal questions about hair dye, health conditions, and ability to enter/exit a float suite on one's own. (Also, the salt water might sting sensitive, freshly shaven skin.)
While most people do immensely enjoy our services, it's best to ask someone if they're interested in trying the one you think they'd enjoy, and if they're ready on that specific date before booking for them.
