Where science meets

self care.

Natural Healing, Activated

You already have what you need to feel better — your body just needs a little help switching it on. Red light therapy works with your body at the cellular level to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and support natural healing. It’s non-invasive, calming, and quick — just 10 to 30 minutes per session.

Whether you're managing chronic pain, looking to improve skin health, or simply craving more energy and balance, this gentle light is surprisingly powerful. Most people feel a difference after just a few sessions — more clarity, less tension, and a noticeable shift toward feeling like yourself again.

How it Works

1

Undress and Settle In

To get the most benefit, you’ll want to expose as much skin as possible. Before you begin, we’ll show you exactly what to do. No devices to hold — just lie back and relax.

2

The Light Does the Work

Red and near-infrared wavelengths penetrate beneath the skin’s surface, energizing your cells, reducing inflammation, and supporting natural healing.

3

Rest Your Way

Close your eyes, listen to music, or simply enjoy the stillness. We’ll provide eye protection, headphones, and privacy so you can fully unwind.

Calm from the Inside Out

I've been doing red light treatments for a few weeks, and my doctor asked me what I had been doing that was working so well!

- Mary A.

I’ve struggled with joint pain for years. After just a few sessions of red light therapy, I felt more mobile and less stiff. It’s now a weekly ritual for me.

— Jordan R.

It helped me sleep through the night for the first time in weeks. I’m so grateful I tried it.

— Aaron S.

Frequently Asked Questions about Red Light Therapy

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing. You'll remove it during your session, if you're treating your entire body. The session is warm, and can get hot, depending on how long you stay and what intensity setting you use, so loose clothing is easier to put back on a warm body.

Q: What should I wear?

Q: Is red light safe?

Yes — red light therapy is non-invasive and safe for most people. It's free of UV rays, and the Biomax 900 panel has been designed for clinical-grade wellness use. We’ll walk you through the process beforehand.

Q: Can I wear makeup during a facial protocol?

We recommend removing any makeup first so the light can penetrate effectively. We provide face wash and wipes to make that easy.

Q: How often should I do red light therapy?

That depends on your goals. Some protocols are best done 2–5 times a week at first, then tapered to maintenance sessions. We’re happy to help you build a routine that works for you.

Q: What if I have an autoimmune disorder?

Some autoimmune conditions involve overactive immune responses, and while RLT often reduces inflammation, in some cases it could stimulate the immune system in unpredictable ways. Those with conditions like Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, or Rheumatoid Arthritis should consult their doctor before use.

Q: Will I feel anything during the session?

Most guests report feeling warm and deeply relaxed. There’s no pain or tingling — just the calming glow of therapeutic light.

Q: Who should avoid red light and infrared?

While red and near-infrared light therapy are generally safe, there are some contraindications and precautions to consider. In all of these cases, we recommend checking with your medical provider before scheduling your appointment: pregnancy, breastfeeding, active or recent cancer, photosensitivity, light-sensitive medications, epilepsy or seizure disorders, melasma, severe rosacea, active eczema or psoriasis flare-up, recent botox/fillers/cosmetic treatments, if you have a medical implant or pacemaker, recent surgery/open wounds, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal damage.
