Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours prior to the start time of your session without penalty. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or do not show up for your scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount of the visit as though you attended. If you already had credits or a pass, it will apply to cover the costs of holding that time for you.
We're not really fans of doing that, but we usually have guests who are trying to schedule appointments during specific times. If you're scheduled, that means someone else isn't able to visit, and if you don't attend, someone else loses out on the salty goodness they need. Please log into your account to reschedule or cancel as needed - ideally before that 24 hour window.
How to Cancel/Reschedule
We know life happens, and sometimes your best laid plans need to change, or you need to make them!
In order to help you manage your visits to Sukhino, we ask that you don't send messages through our Facebook or Instagram pages if possible. Why?
We want to respond in a timely manner, but the owners (Graham and Kim, who manage social media accounts) may not be at the center or near a computer to help you. However, if you email or call the center directly, whoever is working will be able to check the schedule and help you.
We try not to live on social media all day, and when we're at the center, our phones are on silent, so it's likely that we may miss a notification.
We ask several questions to schedule appointments, and that can cause a lot of back-and-forth to get answers and find times that work best for your schedule and our availability.
If we need to collect payment, email and social messages aren't a secure way to do so.
