Rest is SO important - Seriously!

Getting meaningful rest is super important for both your brain and body. Many of us get stuck in a productivity loop, thinking that we always have to stay busy. Not true! Getting meaningful rest is like a reset button that helps you recover from stress and avoid burnout. What's so magical about rest and sleep? Let’s get into it!


Getting good sleep, especially deep sleep, is key for improving things like learning, memory, and problem solving. If you don’t get enough quality sleep, it makes it harder to focus, make decisions and even handle emotions. You know how you may feel cranky when you don't sleep well? Yeah, it’s like that.
